A site-specific theatre piece about Bradford Interchange inspired by the stories of people who work and travel through it. This piece will celebrate the city, its people, warmth, grit and humour through a series of interlinking short stories where people from different backgrounds meet and are subsequently changed by their encounters.
The Performances will take place from the 6th to the 10th of October as part of the Bradford Shine Festival.

Freedom Studios is developing #ChipShoptheMusical - a site-specific musical in development, which blends UK grime, jazz and working chip shop sounds.
The show features urban choreography and live percussion, created by the cast using chip shop equipment.
#ChipShoptheMusical has been originated and written by Emma Hill, a scriptwriter with a massive interest in music and the worlds where theatre and music collide.

Magna Carta on Trial is a Heritage Lottery Fund Young Roots project that we are delivering in partnership with Mind the Gap, together with Heritage partner Institute of Medieval Studies, University of Leeds. The project is taking place in Bradford, Yorkshire and is also supported by the Magna Carta 800th Trust.
The project will enable local young people with and without learning disabilities to research the history of the Magna Carta leading to public celebratory events on the 800th Anniversary of the Magna Carta on 15th June 2015. This event will raise awareness of the Magna Carta and commemorate the anniversary through a theatrical event located at the Council Chambers in Bradford City Hall at 10am and 1pm.
